Cancellations can only be requested via phone or email. Due to the nature of our products, we ship the majority of our orders directly from the manufacturer and we will make cancellation requests on a best efforts basis with those manufacturers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we may attempt to stop your order.
Cancellations are made on a best efforts basis but are time sensitive. Due to our priority with manufacturers, our orders are processed very quickly. It's not always possible to stop an order from shipping, even if you request to cancel the same day an order was placed. We will do all we can to stop the order, but if it should ship, a return can be requested through our normal return policy (to view our return policy, Click Here).
A refund will only be processed once your cancellation request is confirmed as cancelled by the manufacturer. If the order is too late to cancel, a refund cannot be issued. If you don't want the product, a return can be requested through our normal return policy. We can then issue a refund once the return is received back per our return policy (to view our return policy, Click Here).
If a cancellation is denied and an order is shipped, our normal return policy applies. Depending on the brand, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. To view our return policy, Click Here).
It may take up to 48 hours for credit card charges to be reversed on cancelled orders. We will notify you via email when credit has been issued.
