This Authentic and rare 14 Acorn Tiffany Lamp; circa 1910-1920; is made with 100% Tiffany Favrile Studio Art Glass; from Tiffany's furnaces. The shade is signed TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK and numbered 1420 - 42 which was Tiffany's way of designating his Special Shades. The oil burning Tobacco Leaf base; originally designed before electric light bulbs were in wide use; and was electrified by using a Tiffany Oil to electrical Converter Cluster in the Tiffany Studios of New York. The shade is a pristine example without any cracked glass and the Patina on the Base is outstanding. It is a very nice Green Brown with Red accents worked in.
