Offering a unique and handsome Mission design; Abilene uses colorful arrowheads of Honey; Woodsy Green and Bark Brown on a multi-designed motif of linear locks of Green; Bark Brown and Amber. The handcrafted stained glass shade; which features a Mission design that interprets organic objects into geometric forms; is framed in White glass with Woodsy Green glass and and was created using Meyda Tiffany's famous copperfoil construction process. The shade is complemented with Mahogany Bronze finished hardware.

This is actually the famous design known as 'Cowboys & Indians' very popular 1925 thru 1955 when it drifted out of fashion. Meyda's revival under the Abilene Arrowhead name is very well made from 100% hand-rolled art glass both copper foiled and hand set. Very powerful Craftsman Mission statement with all the design elements making for a very authentic look. Shade is 9.5" high x 17" square. Adding the chain finial brings the superstructure to 11.5" high. Comes with 48" of bronze chain and takes 2 x 60-watts on high quality pullchains, but be sure and use 26-watt CFL bulbs for 200-watts of brightness while you save about $60 a year in electricity. Ideal for smallish dining room tables or smaller gaming tables. You could also put of a kitchen island or kitchen sink or even in a bedroom if layout was right.
